  • A standard makeup appointment often takes around 1 hour, although a more intricate or heavy look may take 15/30 min longer. The time of which an appointment will take may also depend on the type of appointment booked. I always allow 1hr 15min for standard makeup bookings.

  • Standard makeup appointments start at £35+, although the price of your appointment may change depending on which service is booked. Please get in touch to confirm the details of your booking, to determine how much it will cost.

  • I currently work from my home-studio in Bognor Regis, and only offer mobile appointments for Bridal or Large Group bookings.

  • Yes of course, the more the merrier! As long as I have the room within my studio and the required timeframe available to accommodate multiple people at once, then yes group bookings are more than welcomed.

  • I can accept either cash, bank transfer or card payments (chip & pin and contactless). FULL payments must be made before leaving my studio, so please bring the appropriate form of payment with you to avoid any issues.

  • Yes, you can cancel your appointment, however please be aware of my cancellations policy (please see "What is your cancellations policy?" FAQ below) regarding last minute cancellations when doing so, as cancellations with little notice are subject to variable cancellation fees.

    Please also note, the deposit you pay when confirming your appointment will remain non-refundable should you choose to cancel your appointment.

  • If I have the requested date & time available, then yes it's possible to transfer your deposit to a future booking. However, this date must be within a 3-month period of your original appointment date, before your original deposit will become void and repayable.

  • Without a deposit, your appointment is not secured and may be given to another client which is able to pay the deposit when asked.

    If you are booking last minute with less than 24hrs notice, you will be asked to pay 100% of the appointment price up front to avoid chasing deposits / cancellation fees.

  • In short; Yes! Although it's preferable to work on a "blank canvas", eyelash extensions and LVL are not a problem for me applying makeup.

    (LVL can sometimes cause issues sticking false lashes on, so please consult me if you are likely to have this done ahead of your makeup appointment)

    Please take extra caution when removing your makeup around the eye area afterwards if you do have eyelash extensions or LVL.

  • If you are running late, please make me aware as soon as possible as this may allow me time to make my following clients aware of any setbacks.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, please be aware this will provide limitations on what I can do with the remaining appointment time, so l strongly urge you to allow plenty of time to travel here to ensure we can make the most of our appointment time together.

  • There is free roadside parking available on the road outside of my house, please feel free to park up anywhere you see available (without blocking other property driveways). If my driveway is available, please feel free to park up on there also.

    Please contact me when you arrive and I will come out to get you, to avoid any overlapping of appointments.

  • For standard makeup appointments, it's generally fine for us to discuss your desired look at the time of the appointment, although if you require something more specific, bold or intricate - inspo photos ahead of time are appreciated so I can ensure I have the correct products at the ready to be able to execute the look you desire.

    I kindly remind all my clients to manage your expectations when taking inspiration images from online, as these are often heavily edited and unlikely to look the same as on the model to what they may look like in person on a different face.

  • I use a wide variety of products within my kit, ranging from fantastic drugstore formulas to flawless high-end products. I pride myself on ensuring I have products to suit everyones needs, with specific formulas to account for dry, sensitive, oily or difficult skin types - and shade ranges for clients of all complexions.

    The lashes I prefer to use come from a variety of brands, although majority of the time are premium Tatti Lashes, applied with latex & allergen-free lash glues. I can accommodate for all lash styles, ranging from soft and natural all the way through to big, fluffy and dramatic depending on your preferences.

  • Cancellations with less than 2 days notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment price.

    Cancellations with less than 1 day notice / same day will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment price.

    No-shows will also be subject to a cancellation fee of the full appointment price.

    If your appointment is cancelled ahead of these timeframes, no additional cancellation fees will be required, however the deposit you paid upon booking will remain non-refundable.

    If the cancellation fee is not paid, you will not be eligible to book my services again.

    Please respect this is my business & source of income. Short-notice cancellations restrict me from the possibility of filling your appointment with another paying client. Thank you for your understanding!
